The Housing Market Recession isn't Over! 

Reading the news this morning, I came across a great article from Market Watch regarding the Housing Market Recession and the myths that are abounding regarding it.  Take a look at it here.  I've heard a couple of these spoken in conversations in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Fairfax County VA markets and they are believable but not necessarily true.  Take a look and let me know what you think!
